By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the general terms and conditions and that you agree to them. The mere viewing of my website is non-binding and does not constitute a legal relationship.

Prices

All prices are final prices.

All information on www.flowerandthings.ch is without guarantee. No liability can be accepted for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information.

Orders

I am happy to accept orders by e-mail or in the online store; there is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities.

Terms of payment

I offer the following payment options: invoice payment. Until full payment has been made, the delivered goods are subject to my unrestricted retention of title. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich; Swiss law applies exclusively.

Delivery

The delivery costs are not dependent on the order value, the size of the ordered products or the weight, the estimated delivery dates always refer to working days and are not binding.

Returns and complaints

Returns must always be agreed in advance and are at the expense of the sender. all deliveries are at the risk of the recipient. Claims for damage must be made to the parcel services, the post office or the carrier by the recipient.I accept complaints within 7 days of receipt of goods. I will reimburse justified defects up to the value of the delivered goods; further claims for compensation are excluded.

Guarantee

It goes without saying that I undertake to take care and deliver the products in good quality and securely packaged. Excluded from the warranty are defects for which I am not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling or intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive use or extreme environmental influences.
